About us

Experience you can rely on

Admitoria is an international education company headquartered in Thessaloniki, Greece. Our team has practical experience working with applicants from different countries and education systems. We understand that studying abroad is a major personal and financial decision for the whole family. Our work is therefore based on accuracy, responsibility and realistic assessment. Every case is reviewed individually.

Our reliability is built on deadline control, documented obligations and transparent communication. We do not hide complications or promise unsupported results. Admitoria is one of the few companies whose team members and representatives actually live in several destination countries. Their local experience gives us insight into both official procedures and everyday realities.

Countries

Where we enroll

We enroll students in universities in Europe’s most popular study destinations, but our main destinations are Greece, Italy, Estonia and the Czech Republic. Admission is only half the journey: in these countries Admitoria has its own representatives who will help students settle in on site.

How we work

Four steps to your admission

1

Expert assessment

A review of your case: grades, budget, timeline. We analyse your transcript scores, shortlist the options and build a realistic admission forecast.

2

Strategy & agreement

We fix the university list, action plan and deadline calendar, and sign an agreement — you know what you pay for.

3

Documents & submission

We help you collect the required documents and prepare the additional ones ourselves. We submit the application and keep you posted at every stage.

4

Admission & arrival

Admission letter, help with preparing your visa documents, the move — and where our team is on site, we help you settle into your new life.

Why Admitoria

What makes us different

Honest about your chances and transparent for families

We assess each case honestly and build a realistic admission plan. A written agreement, a clear timeline and regular updates mean that the applicant and family always know what is happening and what comes next.

Full cycle, one team

Admitoria team members live in several countries and know each system from the inside — through first-hand experience. From the first consultation to on-site adaptation, one team is responsible for the whole journey, not a chain of contractors.

Transparent pricing with no hidden service fees

Your questions — our answers

Frequently asked questions

I do not know where to start or which service I need. What should I do?
Start with a free consultation through our chatbot. It will ask a few questions about your education, budget, timeline and preferences, then suggest the most suitable route and support package.

Can I be admitted with an average or low GPA?
Yes. At many universities grades are only one part of the assessment. We review the entire applicant profile and choose programmes with realistic entry requirements.
My foreign-language level is still low. Does this rule out studying abroad?
Not necessarily. Preparatory or language programmes, university tests and conditional admission may be available, depending on the country and programme.
Can I apply on my own?
Yes, but this route is more complicated and more expensive. In some countries physical presence is required because additional document procedures must be completed locally.
Is instalment payment available?
A staged payment schedule can be discussed individually and is fixed in the agreement before work begins.
How long does the admission process take?
Preparation may take from several months to a year, so it is best to start well in advance.
What will be required from the applicant?
The applicant needs to provide accurate information and documents on time, meet agreed deadlines, attend interviews or tests when required and promptly confirm programme decisions.
